Gosh no, not at all. This is a science-based program of strategies for you to tweak your own diet to make it more beautifying. How far you go with it is up to you. You can go completely plant-based if you wish, but you don’t have to at all. 

DO I HAVE TO FINISH IN 30 DAYS?

No. Not at all. You can take as long as you like as you get lifetime access to the program materials and group. If you prefer a slower approach, by all means do it YOUR way.
